Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Pati by OVPRIDE (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. About the Service
The Service is a community online bulletin for sharing announcements, events, and community updates within the J.H. Cerilles State College community. It is provided “as is” for informational and community purposes.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or that infringes the rights of others. You will not spam, impersonate others, attempt to disrupt the Service, or access it through unauthorized means.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant the Service a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the bulletin. You are solely responsible for what you post.
6. Moderation
Administrators may review, hide, or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The OVPRIDE name, logo, and the Service’s software and design are the property of Pati by OVPRIDE and its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pati by OVPRIDE is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or by following our account & data deletion instructions. Deletion is permanent.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
